Regardless of the treatment modality that a therapist uses, the most important factor is having a good relationship with them! That’s why, we want to make sure that you’re partnered with a therapist who is the right fit for you!
You can read about each of our therapists below to get a sense of their personalities, training, and experiences. Even though many of our therapists have pursued specialized trainings to support their clients, it’s still crucial that you find a provider you can connect with and trust! If ever you meet with a therapist at LifeSpring and find that you’re not connecting, all you have to do is reach back out to us, and we’ll help connect you with another therapist quickly.
