Hello. My name is Sara Secada-Lovio (she/her/hers). I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and therapist at LifeSpring Counseling Services. Are you feeling weighed down by stress, anxiety, depression, or life’s expectations? Are you feeling stuck? Are you ready and motivated to make a change? Congratulations on preparing to make that first step!

Life can be difficult, and there is no shame in getting help. Sometimes, it takes a fresh pair of eyes and ears to help you gain insight and get you to that “Aha!” moment. My goal is to help you feel understood, accepted, and supported while challenged at the same time. Being authentic and empathetic as well as having a good fit are key components in therapy. I work with adults (age 18+) on issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism, identity issues, and life transitions. I welcome individuals of different backgrounds and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I use motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and CBT to tailor to your needs and goals. Part of our work together might involve giving you the reality check that you need or a dose of humor.

Brainspotting

I believe in the value of getting the help you need so you don’t have to suffer alone. Now that I am trained in Brainspotting Phases 1, 2, and 4, and a Certified Brainspotter, I’m able to help people do even deeper work, online & in person. I look forward to hearing from you.
