Jordan is looking to work with highly motivated young adults who are ready to make change~
Hi there! My name is Jordan Bramhall (she/her/hers) and I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the Greater Baltimore area. I offer individual counseling to children (ages 7 and up), adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
I believe that each stage of life brings its own unique challenges. Each of which can result in the experience of a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, loss of self-esteem, or behavior problems. It takes strength and courage to take the huge step of seeking support for you or your child and I am grateful to be a part of your journey to healing.
While I tailor my approach based on the individual client, the foundation of my work stems from creating a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship that creates a safe space for collaboration, honest reflection, and self-discovery to help you achieve your goals.
When working with adolescents and young adults, I incorporate elements of client-centered, cognitive behavioral, and acceptance and commitment therapies. When working with children and families, my work is primarily rooted in behavioral, exposure, and play therapy techniques. I also enjoy bringing expressive techniques and humor into all of my work.
I look forward to being a part of your journey!
Note: Jordan is not currently accepting new clients who are actively experiencing thoughts of suicide or engaging in self-harming behaviors.

Outside of the office…
When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time with my friends and family, listening to true crime podcasts, binge-watching Netflix reality shows, or trying out a new restaurant. A semester abroad in the Netherlands also sparked my passion for travel! I love adventuring to new places, both near and far, to explore and learn more about myself and the world around me.
Educational Background
I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology from High Point University and I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. My clinical work has focused on working with children and adolescents in the medical setting. I also have a background in leadership development with college students. I have a love for knowledge and am eager to continue growing and learning as a clinician at LifeSpring in order to best serve my community.
