Jordan is looking to work with highly motivated young adults who are ready to make change~
Hi there! My name is Jordan Bramhall (she/her/hers) and I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC). I offer individual counseling to children (ages 9 and up), adolescents, college students, and young adults via telehealth. I’m especially passionate about working with highly motivated individuals who are ready to make meaningful change in their lives.
Each stage of life brings its own unique challenges—whether it's anxiety, depression, loss of self-esteem, or difficult life transitions. It takes strength and courage to take the step of seeking support for yourself or your child, and I’m honored to be part of that journey. Through our work together, you'll uncover and build on your unique values and personal strengths to cultivate a greater sense of purpose, while also developing strategies to recognize and shift thought and behavior patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or feeling "stuck."
While I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs, the foundation of my work lies in creating a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship. I strive to cultivate a safe and collaborative space that invites honest reflection, self-discovery, and meaningful progress toward your goals.
Along with a person centered framework, our work together will also incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapies, strengths based, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. Across all ages, I enjoy incorporating expressive techniques and humor to build connection and engagement.
Please Note: At this time, I am only accepting new child and adolescent clients following a free consultation call to ensure we’re a good therapeutic fit. For college students and young adults, a free consultation is available but not required before scheduling an initial appointment.

Outside of the office…
When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time with my friends and family, listening to true crime podcasts, binge-watching Netflix reality shows, or trying out a new restaurant. A semester abroad in the Netherlands also sparked my passion for travel! I love adventuring to new places, both near and far, to explore and learn more about myself and the world around me.
Educational Background
I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology from High Point University and I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. My clinical work has focused on working with children and adolescents in the medical setting. I also have a background in leadership development with college students. I have a love for knowledge and am eager to continue growing and learning as a clinician at LifeSpring in order to best serve my community.
