Madison Hager-Jones
LifeSpring’s Digital Marketing & Billing Operations Coordinator
Hi! I’m Madison (she/her/hers), and I work at LifeSpring Counseling Services as the Digital Marketing & Billing Operations Coordinator. I work behind the scenes to ensure that clients and other local providers are kept up-to-date on the services we’re offering here at our Maryland office!
I have been working at LifeSpring for over 5 years, and am familiar with mental health services. I previously worked as LifeSpring’s virtual assistant and social media and digital marketing assistant, helping those who were seeking counseling pair up with a suitable therapist here at our office!
Prior to joining LifeSpring, I had internship and volunteer opportunities that taught and required an understanding of mental health services for people of various ages.
My love for helping people, regardless of who they are, is why I chose to work with a team of caring and understanding individuals who offer important services to those in need; I am here to keep you connected and informed about mental health services and all they have to offer!
“There's no such thing as the light at the end of the tunnel. You must realize that you are the light.”

Payment & Insurance
Our office is in network with Carefirst/BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, Hopkins EHP, Aetna, United/Optum, and Medicare/Medicaid plans.
If you have another health plan, our therapists can offer you a Superbill to seek reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out of network (OON) benefits.
Outside of the office…
I typically spend time binge watching reality TV or thriller movies with my husband, taking walks around our Fed Hill neighborhood to find new places to eat or shop, or getting into the latest book on my TBR list.
I enjoy spontaneity and taking every opportunity I can to visit new places and create new memories with those I care about. I also dedicate time working and building on my passion of website design, working as a designer and consultant for small businesses.
Educational Background
I graduated from Towson University, where I majored in Family and Human Services with a minor in Business Administration, earning my Bachelor’s degree in May of 2020. I am currently certified through the University of Minnesota Extension Program for their “Parenting in the Age of Overindulgence” training.
A few organizations I have worked/volunteered with have included: the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services, New Pathways, and Boys & Girls Club of Metro Baltimore. While all are very different, they all required me to work with people of all ages, allowing me to gain experience working in the nonprofit sector as well as in a government affiliated organization.
