Depression, Anxiety, Difficult Life Transitions, & Trauma are Common Reasons that People Begin Counseling
If you feel sad, depressed, stressed, or anxious, we have a variety of counseling services for that can help you. Below are a list of services that we can help you with!
Brainspotting
One of our most highly sought services!
-
Brainspotting is a powerful brain and body-based treatment modality that can be used to process a variety of difficult experiences or emotions.
-
Brainspotting can be completed from the safety and comfort of your home. Online Brainspotting is just as powerful and beneficial as doing it in person.
-
Brainspotting is therapeutic method that helps clients work through unprocessed trauma. Brainspotting (BSP) was discovered by Dr. David Grand in 2003. This fairly new treatment was developed by referencing existing psychological and physiological treatments. These include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic Experiencing. It also references relational insight-oriented therapy and micro-movements. Due to the originality of Brainspotting, few clinicians in the Baltimore area offer it as a trauma treatment option. LifeSpring is proud to be one of the few innovative offices in the Baltimore, Maryland area to offer such treatment.
