Telehealth Brainspotting Services

If you’ve tried talk therapy before, and you’re looking for something new, Brainspotting just might be for you! Brainspotting is a powerful, cutting-edge treatment modality that can sometimes be hard to find. For this reason, LifeSpring is proud to have a team of therapists with training in this area. Brainspotting can help you do really deep work fast!

Brainspotting can be done online or in-person and doesn’t require a lot of talking. This can be a great option for people who don’t want to talk about difficult experiences and/or for people who cannot talk about certain things due to the highly confidential nature of their work. Despite not needing to talk, Brainspotting — like all treatment modalities — requires you to have a positive and trusting relationship with your provider.

Brainspotting can help people address depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and other difficult emotions and experiences. It can also be used to help people process ongoing nightmares and chronic pain issues. While Brainspotting is commonly known for alleviating distress and working through past experiences, it can also be used to enhance creativity and expansiveness.

This brain and body-based treatment modality requires no special skill or knowledge on your part. When you work with a trained Brainspotter, they will guide you through the process step by step. If you’re like many of the people we work with, you will soon discover just how amazing our bodies really are!

Brainspotting can help you…

Enhance Creativity

Work through creative and/or performance-related blocks

Reduce the intensity of distressing emotions

Reduce unwanted reactions to triggers

Gain freedom from difficult past experiences
