Investing in Your Future as a Couple

Entering into marriage is one of the most significant commitments you and your partner can make. Premarital counseling provides an invaluable opportunity to build a strong foundation for the next chapter of your lives together. At LifeSpring Counseling Services, we offer premarital couples counseling in Baltimore that is both meaningful and personalized. Using our Prepare/Enrich assessment, we help couples explore their unique relationship dynamics and identify areas of strength as well as opportunities for growth. This tailored approach ensures that each session addresses your specific needs and goals, fostering a deeper understanding and stronger connection before saying โ€œI do.โ€

Structured Support for Lasting Partnerships

We offer a structured yet flexible pathway for couples to prepare for a lifelong partnership. Our Core Premarital Package includes a minimum of eight 90-minute sessions in which couples delve into key aspects of their relationship, guided by a trained therapist. Each session covers essential topics such as communication styles, conflict resolution, financial management shared goals and more โ€“ all informed by the insights from your initial assessment. You will also enjoy access to online resources and a Customized Couples Report so that you can track your progress along the way. To conclude your premarital couples counseling in Baltimore, we help you define your core values and craft a personalized family mission statement in the graduation session.

Reinforcing the Bond Youโ€™ve Built
