A simple and easy slime recipe for the family

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of white or clear school glue 

  • 1 tbsp Baking soda 

  • Contact lens solution 

  • Optional: food coloring, glitter, scented oils, air-dry clay, styrofoam balls 

Directions: 

  1. Pour 1 cup of glue into a bowl. 

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda into the glue and mix until you have a smooth consistency. 

  3. Slowly, add in the contact solution while stirring. The slime will start to form. 

  4. Knead the slime with your hands until it reaches the texture that you prefer. If you would like to add in your optional additions, now is the time. 

  5. After you finish playing with your slime, store it in an airtight container whenever you are done using it. 

Safety Note: Slime is not edible and should always be used with supervision, especially with younger children.
