Our goal is to provide hope, healing, and empowerment through the collaborative process of therapy.
Here’s what you can expect!

professional growth.
Work with the
clients you love.
Supportive colleagues.
Flexible scheduling.
At this time, we are excited to expand our services by hiring 2 Registered Dietitians (RD/RDNs) licensed in Maryland who are passionate about the connection between mental health and nutrition. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to do more than provide nutrition counseling. We are looking for professionals who want to help shape and grow an innovative nutrition program within a collaborative behavioral health practice.
This position begins as part-time with the goal of building into a full-time caseload through our established referral network and collaborative clinical team. If you are energized by teamwork, value integrity, quality care, life-long learning, and want your ideas to genuinely matter within an organization, we would love to hear from you.
Why Join LifeSpring Counseling Services?
At LifeSpring, we value collaboration, authenticity, compassion, and innovation. We are building a workplace where clinicians feel supported, heard, and empowered to contribute their expertise in meaningful ways.
As a Registered Dietitian on our team, you will have the opportunity to:
Be part of an interdisciplinary clinical team that values collaboration between counselors, social workers, and nutrition professionals
Help shape and build a growing nutrition services program from the ground up
Work alongside behavioral health clinicians who recognize and value the role nutrition plays in emotional and physical wellness
Contribute your expertise while also learning from professionals across disciplines
Receive referrals from an established outpatient mental health practice
Make a lasting impact on clients navigating both mental health and medical concerns
Bring your ideas to the table and help influence clinical practices, educational materials, and program development and documentation
Access administrative, billing, and marketing support, so you can focus on doing what you love (i.e. seeing your clients)
Learn, grow, and self-reflect with the learning opportunities and built-in supports provided to you
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants to be part of something meaningful and collaborative, not simply work independently in isolation.
