Hello! I’m Kelly Weinberg, LCSW-C. With over 20 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I specialize in working with individuals dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and overwhelming life transitions. I offer a warm and supportive environment to help my clients feel more comfortable opening up about their struggles. I help individuals understand their thoughts, moods, and behaviors to bring about confidence, peace of mind, and greater meaning in life.

I enjoy working with children, teenagers, and adults. When working with younger children, I work with the whole family and often incorporate drawing, playing, creating, and talking. With older children and teens, I share activities and ideas that focus on learning the skills they need and working through their concerns. We talk through feelings and solve problems.

Helping parents learn and practice new skills is another passion of mine. Parenting is one of the most rewarding, yet challenging jobs that exist. My goal is to help families thrive by facilitating strong, supportive, and nurturing relationships between parents and children. I am committed to providing emotional support, helping resolve conflicts, understanding feelings, and assisting in trying out new solutions to old problems.

Much of my work has also focused on helping individuals and family units work through the grief process. My work focuses on helping people cope with the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive responses to loss. I’m here to help individuals and families work through difficult life transitions and traumatic events.

You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
