Initial intake session (90791): $150-250*

Individual therapy (60 minutes): $130-$250*

Pre-marital counseling & couples counseling (55 minutes): $200**

Fees for Extended Brainspotting Services, Day-Long Brainspotting Intensives, and 3-Day Brainspotting Intensives Vary

The rates listed above are our general fees for our counseling services. These are the rates paid by individuals who do not use their health insurance to pay for services.

**Insurance companies do not pay for pre-marital counseling services or couples counseling services. This means that couples cannot use their insurance to pay for these services.

Fees at LifeSpring Counseling Services vary based on the mental health practitioner you are working with. The information above is provided as a general reference. The specific fees for the primary counseling services offered at our Maryland-based practice can be found on each of our therapist’s profile pages.

Individuals who use their health insurance to cover their sessions will pay a lower rate. As always, we recommend that you contact your insurance company directly to ask them if you have a deductible or copay for outpatient mental health counseling services.
