You’ve been carrying more than most people realize. Maybe you’ve been living with chronic pain, navigating a complicated medical diagnosis, or trying to show up for your family while your own body feels unpredictable. Maybe you’re a mother (new or seasoned) who feels exhausted, stretched thin, and unsure who’s taking care of you. Or maybe you’re supporting a child who struggles with anxiety, overwhelming emotions, or life transitions, and you’re searching for guidance that helps both your child and your family feel more supported. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

My work centers on individuals facing complex health challenges (their own or those of a loved one), women managing chronic conditions, mothers adjusting to new phases of life, and parents seeking support for children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional challenges, or difficulty coping with life's changes.

I also work directly with children and teens experiencing anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm, helping them develop confidence, healthy coping skills, and a stronger sense of emotional safety. Many of the people I work with tell me they feel "invisible" in medical settings, overwhelmed by competing demands, or like no one has taken the time to understand the full picture. My work is rooted in changing that experience.

Before stepping into outpatient work, I trained in an inpatient rehabilitation center, where I supported families during some of the most physically and emotionally demanding moments of their lives. That experience taught me two things: healing is never one-size-fits-all, and the best care comes from slowing down, listening deeply, and respecting the whole person. My clinical foundation reflects a commitment to holistic, patient-centered care for individuals living with medical complexity, as well as those navigating anxiety, adjustment, and emotional wellness.

In our work together, you can expect a space that feels steady, warm, and genuinely human. I’m not here to overwhelm you with clinical terms or talk over your lived experience. Instead, we’ll focus on what matters most to you: feeling more in control of your life, your body, your emotions, and your relationships. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, caring for a loved one, adjusting to motherhood, supporting a child with anxiety, or seeking therapy for your child or teen, my approach is always individualized, practical, and grounded in compassion.

You do not have to do this alone, and you do not have to keep pretending everything is fine when it is not. I’d be honored to support you as you move toward relief, clarity, and a life that feels more manageable.

“You don’t have to be unbreakable to be resilient, you just have to keep choosing yourself.”
