New Year Self Care Series (Virtual)
Are you a young adult trying to balance the busyness of life and find time to take care of yourself? Does self care feel like just another “thing” to check off your to do list?
If you’re like me and answered “YES!” to both of these questions, join this seven week installment of the Self Care Series. Together, we’ll take part in an experiential opportunity to indulge in a variety of self care practices with the goals of (1) allowing yourself the permission and space to prioritize your own wellbeing and (2) learning a variety of self care activities to determine what strategies fit your individual needs and lifestyle. Times: Tuesdays from 7:30 pm-8:30 pm
Location: Online using a secure meeting link that will be sent after sign up.
