Self-Care & Connection in 2023!

Self-Care and Connection Day

February 24, 2023

Goodbye Isolation! Hello Connection & “Me” Time! You help others ALL DAY LONG, and even though you know better, prioritizing yourself sometimes gets put on the back burner! You really want to relax and feel connected to others, but this daggone pandemic and work at home life has you feeling a little isolated. If that’s where you’re at, just know that you’re not alone. I know this, because I read your responses on the survey you filled out! You are definitely NOT ALONE!

And we’re going to do something about that! We don’t need to be alone. We don’t need to be isolated! We can be intentional about taking time for ourselves to connect, have fun, and fill our cups. If you’re on board with all of that, let’s make it happen!

Let’s get our needs met in 2023!

Let’s start the new year with a commitment to ourselves, and a commitment to finding connection with other mental health professionals in our community. In this one day Self-Care & Connection Day for Mental Health Therapists, we’ll have opportunities to connect, relax, and engage in activities that aren’t regularly made available to us!

Your Self-Care & Community Connections Benefit You, Your Families, and Clients!

At LifeSpring Counseling Services, we want therapists to feel connected, supported, and cared for. We know that when we prioritize our own well-being, the people around us benefit too! When we’re connected to other professionals in our community, our work is easier, and we’re better able to serve our community.
