Are you a fully-licensed counselor or social worker who is passionate about providing meaningful therapy to clients who value faith as an important part of their life? LifeSpring Counseling Services is growing and we are looking for a fully licensed clinician to join our team and support our Christian-identifying clients who are seeking a therapist that honors and understands their spiritual beliefs and values.
We are looking for a Maryland-licensed LCPC or LCSW-C who offers high-quality care and is open to working with individuals who want to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process. Clients often seek us out when they’re looking for a faith-based counselor or Christian counselor in Maryland. Some are also looking for a provider who has pastoral counseling training or experience working with individuals in faith communities. We’re seeking a clinician who is comfortable and confident holding space for these conversations in ethical and client-centered ways.
This is a full-time W-2 position for someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively. You’ll have the flexibility of hybrid work with both in-office and telehealth sessions and the opportunity to be a part of a supportive team that values community, growth, and client care.
Who We’re Looking For

You are fully licensed in Maryland as an LCPC or LCSW-C
You are available for a minimum of 25 client sessions per week
You are interested in working with clients seeking faith-integrated therapy
You are confident working with diverse populations and affirm clients of all backgrounds
You are a strong communicator who enjoys collaboration
You value social justice and cultural humility in clinical practice
You are looking for a team that supports your professional growth
