Are you an experienced trauma-informed therapist who is looking for a new growth opportunity in Maryland? We’re looking for full-time LCPCs, and LCSW-Cs who have training and on-the-job experience treating trauma. LifeSpring Counseling Services is hiring experienced trauma-informed therapists (LCPCs, or LCSW-Cs) who want to be a part of a collaborative, community-oriented team that values ongoing learning and creating a positive workplace culture.

We have a team that helps with scheduling, billing, and marketing, so you can focus on what you do best—therapy! Full-Time Trauma-Informed Therapist (Hourly Position)

Basic Duties

→ Provide individual, couples, or group counseling to adults. You will have the flexibility to determine the adult clients with whom you work best.

→ Administrative duties. This includes: note writing, chart maintenance, caseload management, scheduling, and accepting calls.

→Participate in ongoing professional development. This can be in the form of reading research, books, articles, podcasts, or attending workshops/trainings.

→ Abide by the ACA's or NASW's Code of Ethics and applicable state laws

→ Use professional communication skills for effective interactions with clients, management, and public.

→ Demonstrate passion and commitment to the art of counseling while also practicing self-care

→ Demonstrate ability to keep commitments. This includes: being reliable, dependable, and trustworthy with clients and LSCS management.

→ Attend required meetings and trainings.

→ Carry a full-time caseload of 25 completed appointments per week.

→ Other duties as assigned
