    We provide Mental Health and Substance Use services for children, teens, and adults. These services include individual therapy, a full DBT Program, outpatient and intensive outpatient SUD programs, and medication management. Congruent Counseling accepts most commercial insurances and Medicaid for some SUD services. We offer telehealth and have multiple offices in Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Wicomico, Montgomery, and Frederick counties. Not all services are offered in all locations in person.
