Full-Time Clinical Supervisor in Maryland
LCPC, Board Approved Supervisor (salaried position)

At this time, LifeSpring Counseling Services is hiring an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team! This person will play a key role at our office, so we are looking for someone who will be an excellent fit! Important things first: Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate
β Licensed as an LCPC in Maryland (This position is not open to social workers)
β Board Approved Supervisor status with the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists
β Must reside in Maryland
β Must be able/willing to work a hybrid and/or fully in-person schedule at our Baltimore County office
β Full-time, salaried work position (40 hours/week)
β Anticipated start date: August or September 2024, pending credentialing status

Desired Experience & Background for our Next Clinical Supervisor:
Work history of supervising licensed clinicians and/or interns (no less than 1 year)
Extensive experience facilitating groups
Experience conducting workshops for clients or therapists
Prior work experience in community mental health agencies
Prior work experience conducting internal audits OR experience with external audits (CARF, insurance, etc.)
Experience working with diverse populations
Experience with hiring/interviewing process in previous workplaces
Actively credentialed with insurance companies such as Cigna, CareFirst/BCBS, United, Hopkins EHP
Someone who has pursued and/or undergone training to promote allyship as a practitioner
(Ex. has pursued anti-racism work, trainings for specific populations, understanding of intersectionality, social justice work, engaged in self-reflection, understands systems of oppression)

Full-Time Clinical Supervisor (Salaried Position)
Basic Duties
β Maintaining a caseload of 15 clients per week. Work with your ideal clients.
β Providing group and individual supervision to interns and/or provisionally licensed clinicians on a weekly basis
β Conducting chart audits for supervisees
β Reviewing and signing off on notes for supervisees
β Weekly meetings with management team
β Administrative duties including: note writing, charting, case management, returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner
β Attending and actively participating in required meetings, trainings, and activities designed to facilitate connection and community at the office
β Abiding by all laws, codes of ethics, and regulations pertaining to clinical practice
β Potential Duties include: Creating a group therapy program & conducting group therapy
β Potential Duties include: Creating and facilitating workshops that are open to clients, the community, and/or other therapists
