Meet Sera Havrilla, LGPC

Hello! My name is Sera Havrilla. My goal in counseling is to help my clients feel supported, accepted and empowered to make the changes they desire. In a world that can feel hectic I will help you find ways to cultivate a greater sense of peace, whether that means managing depression, understanding your anxiety, or learning to quiet the critical voice that’s always buzzing in the back of your mind.

I tailor my approach to meet each person where they are. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness which involves considering the role that self-care, mindfulness, physical activity, relationships, and stress play in your life. I enjoy working with teenagers, high school and college students, young adults and adults.

I specialize in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or who feel overwhelmed by recent life events or stress.

Great people do things before they’re ready. They do things before they know they can do it. Doing what you’re afraid of, getting out of your comfort zone, taking risks like that – that is what life is. You might be really good. You might find out something about yourself that’s really special and if you’re not good, who cares? You tried something. Now you know something about yourself.
